Return Policy

We are happy to accept your returns if, for any reason, you're not satisfied  with your purchase.  Please see the details below should you decide to return your item.​

• Please note our separate Saddle Return Policy with specific information regarding the return of a saddle.

• You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate the return process.  

• All returned product must be in like-new condition, without stains or wear marks and must include original packaging.  We will not accept returns for items showing that they have been worn or used to any degree.

• We will refund your original method of payment within 48 business hours after receiving your return.

• All refunds will be less a 15% restocking fee that covers our handling and non-recoverable credit card processing fees.

• In the unlikely event you received a damaged item or your item was damaged in transit, we will issue a call tag and have the package picked up at no cost to you.
